📊 The Role: Beyond Basic Support

We need a versatile professional who can balance human-centric communication with AI-driven efficiency. You will be the voice of the brand for customers and the "engine room" for business documentation.

What you’ll do:

  • Native-Level Communication: Handle customer queries via email, chat or voice with professional, fluent English. You must be able to speak and draft clear, empathetic, and grammatically correct responses.

  • AI-Powered Proposals: Use AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to assist in drafting high-stakes documents, including fund applications, grant proposals, and client outreach materials.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use MS Excel combined with AI tools to analyze customer trends, order data, and operational metrics. You are expected to be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and summarizing data for management.

  • Business Growth: Assist in researching and drafting pitch decks or partnership proposals to help scale Village Company.

    • Excellent English: You don't need AI to speak or write. Your natural spoken and written English is professional, clear, and nuanced.

    • AI Strategist: You know that AI is for augmenting work, not replacing thought. You will be trained at prompting for data analysis and long-form business writing.
