We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of International Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries through chat/email in a simulated, high-paced environment.


🔹 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to international customer queries via live chat and email professionally and promptly.

  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or resolutions.

  • Follow communication guidelines/scripts while maintaining a natural and courteous tone.

  • Maintain records of all customer interactions.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to higher departments.

  • Stay up to date with product and service knowledge.

  • Achieve key performance metrics such as resolution time and customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver proactive and empathetic support to enhance customer experience.


🔹 Required Skills:

  • Excellent English (written) with strong grammar and comprehension

  • Good typing speed and accuracy

  • Computer proficiency: MS Office, email writing, internet browsing

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability

  • Prior customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
