International Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

Work Location: Brigade Tech Garden, Brookfield, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)


Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing prompt and accurate resolutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle queries with professionalism and empathy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls and provide end-to-end support.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver accurate information.

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

  • Record customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 10th Pass and above
    (Note: BE/B.Tech/Post Graduate candidates are not eligible)

  • Experience:

    • Freshers can apply

    • Candidates with 1 year or more of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process) preferred

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

    • Good typing speed – 20 WPM with 80% accuracy

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills


Selection Process:

  1. Registration: AI-based Screening & HR Round

  2. Assessment:

    • SVAR Test: Minimum Cut-off – 50

    • Typing Test: 20 WPM & 80% Accuracy

  3. Final Round: Operations Team Interview


Work Details:

  • Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 2:30 AM (9.5-hour shift)

  • Weekly Off: 2 Split Offs (No fixed Saturday or Sunday off)

  • Mode: Work from Office
