💻 Interview Mode: WALK-IN

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

🕐 Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

👥 Open to: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via call or chat professionally

Identify issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Maintain accurate records of all interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Follow company quality and communication standards

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or above

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Calm, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude

Tech-savvy and quick learner of tools/processes
