Job Description

We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to join our team at Teleperformance. The role offers ₹28,000 - ₹36,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:-

Handle customer interactions through Chat & Voice support
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Document customer interactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education:

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
Experience:
Freshers & Experienced (1 year) both eligible

Work Schedule & Benefits:-

5 days working
Rotational shifts & week offs
9.5 hours/day including break
Cab facility for eligible night shifts only
No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)

Relocation Benefits (For Outstation Candidates Only):-

10 Days Free Stay (Dual Occupancy)
One-way Bus/Train Ticket
Relocation Bonus up to ₹10,000 (not for rehires)
