🔹 Hiring: Customer Support Executive – International Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email)
📍 Work Location: Tech Mahindra Ltd, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
Role & Responsibilities:
Resolve billing issues using effective query resolution techniques.
Handle international Blended Process (Voice, Chat, Email) with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, concise responses.
Accurately update CRM records and maintain documentation of customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members and departments to resolve complex queries.
Required Profile:
Minimum 1 year of international blended process experience or 6 Months of International voice (Voice, Chat, and Emails).
Strong understanding of billing concepts: recurring bills, billing cycles, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, and taxes.
Proven experience in resolving customer billing issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear and logical thought process with strong articulation.
Ability to manage difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally.
Must be flexible to work in 24x7 shifts (5 days a week with 2 rotational offs).
Quick decision-making ability and multitasking skills.
Customer-centric mindset with spontaneous and logical thinking.
