About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries from US telecom customers.
Provide prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ 12th Pass / Graduate
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound)
✔ Experience in B2C customer support domain is mandatory
✔ Excellent English communication skills (B2 level – Score 58 or above)
✔ Familiarity with MS Office and Internet applications
✔ Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
