Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

• Provide support and guidance regarding service inquiries.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service levels.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed).

• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with BPO training or internship experience are a plus.
