JOB OVERVIEW

Orrica Edge LLP is urgently hiring Customer Support Executives with strong English communication skills for its customer service operations in Noida. Candidates who are passionate about customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries professionally through the assigned communication channel.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly and confidently in English.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain service quality and follow company policies and process guidelines.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team whenever required.

• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency while handling customer interactions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• V5-level English communication proficiency is required.
