JOB DESCRIPTION

🌍 Position Name: International (Voice / Non-Voice)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Willingness to work in rotational shift

Eligibility Age Criteria: Age: 18–30 years

💼 Work Experience: Freshers or more than 06-month experience in International Process

🎓 Qualification:

Graduate

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge

🖥️ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound/outbound calls and emails. (Voice and non-voice).

• Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

🕗 Shifts Timing:

• Female Candidates: (Day shift only) Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).

• Male Candidates: Any 9 hours shifts, 24x7 rotational shifts.

💵 Requirement & Salary (CTC):

• For Fresher: ₹19,000 in-hand and ₹23,000 CTC + PLI

• For Experience: ₹22, 600 in-hand and ₹26,000 CTC + PLI
