We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international BPO team as Customer Service Advisors.
This is a blended process role (Voice + Non-Voice) requiring excellent English communication skills.
You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across different communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends
Graduated preferred
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
