International Customer Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international BPO team as Customer Service Advisors.

• This is a blended process role (Voice + Non-Voice) requiring excellent English communication skills.

• You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across different communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends

• Graduated preferred

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude

• Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply
