Job Overview

24/7.ai is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive to support our prestigious client, Best Buy – a leading consumer electronics retailer in North America. This is an international voice process role that involves assisting customers via phone with queries, complaints, and support issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

  • Document all customer interactions accurately

  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer experience


Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
