₹40,000 CTC | ₹33500K in hand

Years of Experience: : 1+

Education: Any graduate or undergraduate.

5 Days a Week | Rotational Offs

Role & Responsibility's

-Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat support for US banking customers.

-Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

-Follow process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
