Job Summary:
· UK based company dealing with customers of online store
· Follow up (with suppliers & courier) to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
· Ability to listen carefully and understand British accent
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Answer calls professionally to provide information about products, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
· Conduct regular outbound sales and follow-up calls to generate sales opportunities, convince customers to complete purchases, and encourage product reviews in line with company targets.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
· Willingness to solve customers’ problems
· Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Fluent in English
· Excellent communication skills and ability to learn
· Knowledge of internet and ability to use Microsoft Office and email to quickly look up customer information
