Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.

• Effective Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.

• Relationship Building: Maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Documentation: Record customer interactions and process customer accounts accurately.
