CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – INTERNATIONAL SEMI-VOICE PROCESS

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Job Type: Full Time / Work from Office
Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC

  • Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC

Shift: Night Shift – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Semi-Voice Process. The role involves communicating with international clients/facilities through phone and email, following up on pending requests, collecting required records and updating information in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Contact facilities through phone and email to obtain records and bills.

  • Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper status updates.

  • Send requests through email, fax and other available channels.

  • Update CRM systems with accurate information.

  • Handle calls professionally and politely.

  • Understand and respond to emails appropriately.

  • Maintain good communication with international clients/facilities.

  • Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Good email drafting and comprehension skills.

  • Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Basic computer and internet knowledge.

  • CRM knowledge is an advantage.

  • Freshers can apply.

  • Work experience is required for undergraduate candidates.
