Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for the US Voice Process (Medical Billing) role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling calls related to medical billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management for US-based healthcare providers.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

Freshers or candidates with experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or BPO preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
