Domain: Sales

Experience: 3-6 years

Shift timing: 04.30pm to 02.00am

Package: 20000 to 30000 CTC/month (negotiable)

JD:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele calling Executives to join our growing team. This role involves reaching out to business owners in the United States (USA) to promote us and assist them with tools that help them compare various services for their business. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a drive to meet daily conversion targets and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to business owners in the U.S. and provide details of the benefits of our programs

- Engage prospects in clear and professional conversations to present the value of a program tailored for their business.

- Guide interested clients on how to use a tool for exploring relevant service providers.

- Transfer qualified leads to the internal processing team or assist directly through the system

- Meet daily targets of 3–4 qualified conversions or transfers.

- Handle rejections with a positive, resilient attitude.

- Log call details and maintain accurate records using calling tools and Excel.

Qualifications:

- Experience 4-6 years is preferred

- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage U.S. clients.

- Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.

- Previous experience in tele calling, lead generation, or BPO/voice processes is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

- Basic technical know-how, including familiarity with Excel and auto-dialers.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Quick learner, open to training and new tools.

Preferred qualification:

- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients

- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling using auto-dialer systems

- Multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
