We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international voice process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to support customers based overseas, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls (inbound/outbound) from international clients.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

• Meet or exceed service level targets and quality metrics.

• Stay updated with company products, services, and policies.

• Escalate issues appropriately when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Neutral or global accent preferred.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends (as per process needs).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate in any stream.

• Prior BPO experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome.

• Must have a quiet and professional work-from-home setup (for remote roles, if applicable).
