Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Location: Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City) – Onsite

About the Role:
We are looking for Customer Support Associates to handle customer service, billing, and order management for international clients. The role involves providing excellent support, managing cases/orders, upselling & cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with US customers (voice process)
Handle onboarding, implementation, and customer success queries
Manage multiple client cases with attention to detail
Provide timely updates and resolutions
Upsell/Cross-sell as part of KPIs
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer service International
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
Experience in B2B/B2C processes preferred
Proficiency with CRM tools & ability to learn quickly
Strong listening, questioning & call control skills
Comfortable with night shifts & rotational 24x7 shifts
Any graduate/UG drop (not pursuing a course alongside job)
Must have prior experience in international voice process
Salary Grid:
8 to 17 months exp. → 3.87 – 4.25 LPA
18 to 23 months exp. → 4.5 LPA
24 months & above exp. → 4.7 LPA

Working Days: 5 days/week (rotational week off/split off)
