Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process – Customer Support team on a contractual basis. This role offers excellent exposure to global customer service practices and an opportunity to build strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

• Provide accurate information and resolve queries/issues within defined timelines.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Meet individual and team performance targets consistently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Open to both Freshers & Experienced candidates

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)

• Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Contract Terms

• Mandatory evening & night shifts with rotational offs

• No leaves permitted during the contract period
