Key Responsibilities

1. International Market Development

• Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers across global markets (US/UK/Europe/Asia).

• Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and new business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and international platforms.

• Qualify leads to understand requirements, budget, and timeline.

3. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Communicate with international clients via email, phone calls, and video meetings.

• Handle client queries, provide product/service details, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

• Deliver persuasive product presentations customized to client needs.

• Explain product benefits, pricing, technical features, and service offerings.

5. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets.

6. CRM & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, proposals, and sales status in CRM.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with operations, technical, and customer support teams for smooth order processing.

• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

8. After-Sales Support

• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction after onboarding.

• Manage repeat business and build long-term client relationships.
