Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S. hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to request patient records.
Follow up through calls, emails, or faxes to ensure timely receipt of records.
Accurately update tracking tools and systems with request statuses.
Ensure all activities are compliant with HIPAA and internal protocols.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality goals.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed for escalations or clarifications.
Required Skills:
6 months to 1 year of experience in medical record retrieval, US healthcare, or RCM preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminologies is an advantage.
