We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or resolution.
Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely closure.
Meet daily/weekly call and quality targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Regional Language, if applicable].
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers preferred; prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
