Job Title : Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Representative
Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat
Shift Timings :6:30 PM-3:30AM
Night Shift (6 Days in a week & 1 day will be week off)
Job Overview:
* In this role, you’ll answer incoming calls.
*You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
*The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with UK business hours.
* Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer customer calls quickly and professionally.
*Resolve customer complaints calmly and escalate issues when needed.
*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.

*Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Previous International Call Center Expierence if not person with good communication skills in English can also apply
