About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Associates to handle international customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer queries, and a strong dedication to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email support for international customers

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

• Follow process workflows and maintain call/chat documentation

• Meet performance targets (AHT, Quality, CSAT, etc.)

• Collaborate with team leads for process improvements

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

• Good listening skills and customer-handling abilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced international process environments

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply

• Freshers are welcome

• Candidates comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
