Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken female Customer Support Executive who is comfortable making international voice calls and can communicate fluently in English. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a voice process and should be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive international customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while handling calls
Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone
Comfortable with international calling (both outbound and inbound)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Prior experience in voice-based customer support is a strong advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in different shifts, if required
