Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and online platforms
Interact with international clients to understand their requirements
Provide excellent customer support and handle client queries
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
Freshers with good communication skills
6+ months of experience in Sales and/or Customer Support
communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Comfortable working in night shifts
