Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and motivated candidates for our International Voice – B2B Sales Process. This role involves outbound calling to international (US-based) clients for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to US-based businesses.

• Understand and assess customer needs to offer suitable solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and meet daily productivity benchmarks.

• Update CRM software with accurate customer interaction data.

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong customer engagement on calls.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Sales Target Achievement

• Call Volume & Talk Time

• Call Quality Score

• First Call Resolution (FCR)

• Timely Follow-up and Lead Nurturing

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

• Prior experience in voice-based B2B sales is preferred.

• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs.

• Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics is a plus.
