- We are looking for energetic and motivated customer support

- Experienced to join our team for the USA for Tours & Travel Process.

- The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with travel services, providing guidance, and promoting travel packages.

Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound/inbound calls for USA Tours & Travel process. Provide information on packages, visa assistance, and related services.

- - Maintain call records and follow up with potential customers.

- - Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversions. - Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

Experience min 6months- 2yr Good communication skills in English Willing to work in Day Shift.
