We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Success Associate in our BPO division. This role is ideal for candidates with prior international customer support experience who can confidently handle technical queries and deliver exceptional service.

• Provide high-quality support to international customers via voice/email/chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries efficiently

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

🎯 Required Skillset

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially with tech-related queries

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience preferred

🕒 Shifts & Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

• Up to 180 night shifts annually for male candidates

• One-sided cab facility for female employees during odd hours
