Handle end-to-end processing of non-motor insurance policies like health, travel, home, fire, marine, etc.
Manage policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and customer servicing.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, approvals, and policy generation.
Collect, verify, and maintain KYC and policy documentation properly.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely updates via call/email/WhatsApp.
Maintain daily MIS reports and share updates with the team/management.
