🔹 Nature of Account: Domestic (Outbound – Insurance)

🔹 Work Mode: Work From Office

🔹 Headcount Required: 80

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Contacting and advising interested leads on suitable insurance products

Ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the customer journey

Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

✅ Eligibility & Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate from any field

Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates

Preferred: Candidates with insurance background or sales acumen

Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Skillset:

Excellent verbal communication in both languages

No MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors

💰 Salary:

Freshers: Up to ₹28,000 CTC

Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

6 days working

Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

Males: Rotational shifts
