• Product Knowledge: Explain various insurance policies (life, health, property, etc.), their terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
• Policy Customization: Design and offer tailored insurance packages and customized plans to meet specific client requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and service.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set revenue and sales quotas on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, process policy applications, and handle renewals.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide support during the claims process, process changes, and offer continuing service to clients.
• Required Qualifications
