Graduates / Freshers (0–1.5-year experience)
Non-Engineering background preferred
Good English communication (mandatory)
Assist in end-to-end UK insurance claims processing
Register new claims and validate policy & coverage details
Review claim documents, reports, and supporting evidence
Update claim status in internal systems accurately
Coordinate with internal teams, insurers, and third-party vendors
Ensure claims are processed as per UK insurance guidelines & SLAs
Handle email-based communication (non-voice / semi-voice)
Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Basic MS Excel & system navigation skills
Willingness to learn UK insurance regulations & claims lifecycle
