Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful loan cases
Collect, verify, and process customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for loan processing
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM systems
Ensure timely closure of loan applications
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)
Freshers or candidates with experience in loans or financial services can apply
