  • Handle motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations through various insurance portals.

  • Verify customer and vehicle details, documents, quotations, and premium details before policy issuance.

  • Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams for policy processing and corrections.

  • Generate and share policy documents, quotations, invoices, and related documents with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of issued policies and update details in Excel/CRM/internal systems.

  • Ensure timely processing of policies while following company procedures and insurance compliance guidelines.
