The Support Executive – Insurance is responsible for executing key backend insurance operations, including policy renewals, claim processing, quotation generation, and proposal login. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between clients and the Relationship Executive, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient service delivery.
Generate insurance quotations and explain product features to clients.
Log new insurance proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives by preparing and presenting relevant proposals.
Coordinate with clients for document collection and submission.
Proactively contact clients regarding upcoming policy renewals.
Send renewal notices and follow up for payment through digital links or cheque collection.
Assess current policies and recommend upgrades or changes (e.g., plan enhancements, sum insured adjustments).
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., NJ Branch) for special cases and policy modifications.
Maintain records and update the Daily Submission File with renewal activities.
Intimate insurance companies/TPAs regarding claims and obtain claim intimation numbers.
Verify hospital status against blacklists.
Guide clients through claim documentation and submission process.
Prepare a detailed claim summary (pre/post-hospitalization, hospitalization).
Submit scanned claim files to the branch and log all actions in the Daily Submission File.
Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain comprehensive records of client communications.
Share relevant policy and claim updates.
Invite clients to relevant company events and webinars.
