Job Description

We are looking for a Insurance Support to join our team Jai Steel Facilitation Pvt Ltd to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Insurance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Policy Processing

Assist in issuing new motor insurance policies (comprehensive & third-party).

Process policy renewals and endorsements (vehicle transfer, address change, coverage changes, etc.).

Verify customer documents (ID, vehicle registration, driving license).

Ensure accurate data entry in the insurance system.

2. Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Provide quotations and explain policy coverage, exclusions, and benefits.

Follow up on pending documents and payments.

Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
