Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Renewal Executive to handle the renewal of automobile insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers for upcoming policy renewals via phone, email, or SMS.

• Explain renewal options, terms, and benefits of continued coverage.

• Cross-sell or upsell other insurance products where appropriate.

• Coordinate with insurance companies to process renewal documentation and issue updated policies.

• Maintain accurate customer and policy records in CRM and/or insurer portals.

• Follow up on lapsed or pending renewals and attempt reinstatement or reactivation.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to policy renewals.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
