Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain hardware, interior products, fittings, and accessories.
- Provide product information, pricing, and suitable recommendations.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with the team.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and convincing abilities.
- Product presentation and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
