We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Preferred Female) to join our growing EdTech company. You will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their learning goals, and helping them enroll in our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Reaching out potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain course details, schedules, and benefits to students and professionals.
Maintain strong follow-up prospects to close admissions.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Any graduate (preferred: BBA, BCom, BA, or similar).
0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of EdTech or training industry is a plus.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
