Inside Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers to promote products and services. 

• Inbound Call Handling: Answering calls from customers who have responded to marketing efforts or have specific inquiries. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to purchase. 

• Sales Presentations: Presenting products and services effectively over the phone to persuade customers to purchase. 

• Order Processing: Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently. 

• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 

• Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order information in CRM systems. 

• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
