About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive (Female) who can handle lead qualification, outbound calling, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to work closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and qualify them based on business requirements.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.

• Generate, manage, and update leads through Zoho CRM or relevant tools.

• Coordinate with the field sales and technical team for demos, proposals, and follow-ups.

• Provide information on SolidWorks/Zoho products (basic training will be provided if required).

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree (Freshers or up to 1 year experience).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong follow-up ability and positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred) – training can be provided.

• Ability to understand technical products like SolidWorks (added advantage).

• Good coordination, time management, and multitasking skills.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with Freshers.
