Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Software Products
Location: Indore
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing software sales team. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving sales conversions. The candidate will primarily engage with clients over calls, emails, and virtual meetings, focusing on software product sales and renewals.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Reach out to potential customers to pitch our software products and services.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
Follow up on leads, demos, and quotations to ensure timely closure.
Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of software licenses.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and report sales activities.
Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for product demos and customer queries.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Graduate in any stream.
6 month –1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or software sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
