1. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or retail outlet.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

3. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.

4. Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

5. Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns.

6. Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.

7. Manage billing, cash handling, and payment transactions.

8. Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

9. Follow up with customers to generate repeat business.

10. Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.

11. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain good customer relationships.
