Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally within the defined TAT and process guidelines.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style throughout the call.
Provide information related to products, services, orders, accounts, billing, or transactions, depending on the process.
Follow the prescribed call handling procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
