Job Description

We are looking for an inbound customer service to join our team at Resume Hubs. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO.

Inbound Customer Service Executive – Resume Hubs

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: 0–1 Year | Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Day Week Off | Shift: Rotational

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

  • Address customer complaints and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow-ups.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

  • Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.

  • Requirements

  • Good English communication skills are mandatory.

  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, or Marathi are an added advantage.

  • Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
