Immigration Consultant

We are looking for a Canada Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end Canada Work Permit and related immigration processes. The role involves handling multiple case types, coordinating with clients and foreign nationals, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.

1. Manage Canada immigration processes including ICT, ICT Extensions, LMIA, LMIA Extensions, Dependent Permits, TRV Renewals, Business Visas, and others.

2. Handle new cases: send initiation emails, share document checklists, review documents, and manage case files in the case management system.

3. Prepare and finalize application forms, questionnaires, authorization forms, and other required documentation.

4. Update reports, case management systems, and client portals with case progress.

5. Draft submission letters, invitation letters, authorization letters, and declarations for dependent and business visa cases.

6. Submit webform requests to IRCC for application updates, withdrawals, or changes.

7. Follow up regularly with clients and HR teams for pending documents and requirements.

8. Collect annual corporate documents from clients and maintain updated records.

9. Raise billing requests and share billing reference IDs as needed.

10. Stay updated with Canada immigration policies and related updates.

11. Provide training and process support to team members.

12. Work on projects and other tasks assigned by team leaders to streamline processes.
