We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented professionals to join our hotel/resort team for the following positions:

🔹 Open Positions

1️⃣ Assistant Manager (Hotel Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel/resort operations

• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams

• Handle staff scheduling, reporting, and operational issues

Eligibility:

• Relevant experience in hotel/resort operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

2️⃣ GSA – Guest Service Associate (Front Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes

• Assist guests with inquiries and requests

• Maintain front office records and coordination

• Ensure a positive guest experience

Eligibility:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Front office experience preferred

3️⃣ Captain – Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant and service staff

• Ensure smooth service operations and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

• Maintain service standards and hygiene

Eligibility:

• Experience in F&B service (hotel/resort preferred)

• Leadership and guest-handling skills

4️⃣ Public Area – Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobby, corridors, washrooms)

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors

Eligibility:

• Housekeeping experience preferred

• Willingness to work in shifts

🎯 General Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel or resort industry preferred

• Background with hotel management can be applied

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Customer-service-oriented attitude

• Willingness to work in shifts (as applicable)
